Deeply personal. Barely any effort for you.
The club yearbook that almost writes itself
All you do is share a link in the club chat. Every team and section gets its own short questions, everyone answers in two minutes – and you end up holding a book full of stories, banter and photos from your season. It designs itself.

“I was surprised with this beautiful book – and I love it!”
“I read the pages with tears in my eyes.”
“The process was easy to follow, and the result was stunning.”
Who's doing the club yearbook this year?
At the AGM, nobody raises a hand. And in the end, it all lands on one person.
- Photos in five group chatsEvery team, every choir section has its own pictures. Nobody has sorted them.
- Who writes the words?A photo book shows wins and performances. Not the stories from the dressing room or the rehearsal weekend.
- Volunteering after hoursCollecting photos, laying out pages, proofreading – on top of training, committee work and a day job.

With ambrosius.ai, all you do is share a link
Everything else runs by itself. The yearbook stays personal – and for you it's a small project, not a marathon.
What you do
- Describe your club and teamsYour club's name and which teams, sections or groups are taking part. Five minutes, once a year.
- Share the linksEvery team gets its own link – for the team chat, the newsletter or the noticeboard in the clubhouse.
- Flick through and orderPeek at the preview whenever you like. You only order once you love the book.
What happens automatically

- Everything in one placeAnswers and photos from every team go straight into the yearbook. No email attachments, no retyping.
- Every page designs itselfMessages become quote pages, photos become picture pages, many voices become one shared page.
- Printing and deliveryWe print in Germany and deliver in time for the Christmas party or the end of the season.

Every team gets its own questions
Football isn't choir. So every team, section and group gets its own link with its own questions. Everyone answers in two minutes – and it all comes together in one shared book.
- Under-12s football"Your match of the season?" – from the 3–3 in the rain to the saved penalty.
- Swim team"Your best moment in the pool?" – the first badge, the new personal best.
- Ladies' tennis 40+"Quote of the season on court?" Laughs guaranteed.
- Choir"Your favourite performance?" You can suggest your own questions at any time.

More than a club history
A club history records results. An ambrosius.ai club yearbook tells how the season felt – in the words of everyone who was there.
- Everyone writes alongPlayers, coaches, parents of the youth teams and every volunteer. Not one person telling the season's story, but the whole club.
- Words, not just resultsThe dressing-room banter, the thank-you to the coach, the night at training camp. That's what you'll still be reading in ten years.
- A surprise for everyoneEven you only see the latest posts while collecting. You discover the rest together with everyone else in the finished book.

You stay on top of it
See at a glance which teams have joined in – without chasing everyone.
- Progress per teamHow many people from each team and section have answered, and how many pages the book has right now.
- Organise togetherInvite fellow organisers from the committee or section leads. They see the question rounds and progress, but no answers.
- Close rounds in one clickWhen a team's season is over, close its round. Everyone else keeps collecting.

For every kind of club
Wherever people share a season, there's a book waiting to be written. The idea stays the same – only the questions change.
- Sports clubsFootball, handball, tennis, swimming, gymnastics. "Your match of the season?" – from players, parents and coaches.
- Choirs, orchestras and bands"Your favourite performance?" Rehearsals, concerts and the stories behind the stage.
- Youth groups and scoutsCamps, weekly meetings, youth fire brigade. And a thank-you to everyone who carried the year.
- Dance, drama and traditionsDance troupes, amateur dramatics, carnival or marksmen's clubs – every group with its own questions.

Club yearbook FAQ
Everything committees, section leads and coaches want to know before they start.
A book about your season that everyone writes together. Every team and section answers its own short questions and uploads photos. ambrosius.ai turns it all into a yearbook automatically – as a PDF or a printed book.
With a photo book or a club history, one person collects every picture and writes every word. With an ambrosius.ai club yearbook, everyone writes along – players, coaches, parents and volunteers. The result is a book full of voices, not just results. And ambrosius.ai takes care of the layout.
Very little. You describe your club and the teams taking part once, then you just share links. We handle the questions, design, printing and delivery – nobody has to sort photos, retype texts or lay out pages.
Whoever takes the project on – for example someone from the committee, the club secretary, the youth coordinator or a coach. You manage the links, see the posts and order the book at the end.
Yes. Every team, section or group gets its own form with one to three questions that suit it – the youth footballers get different ones from the choir. A shared question for everyone, such as "Our club in one word", works too. All answers end up in the same book.
We do. Tell us which teams are taking part and what it should be about, and we prepare short questions for every group. You're welcome to add your own ideas at any time.
No. Open the link, answer the question, upload photos – done. It works just as well on a phone as on a computer.
Whatever suits your season. Some clubs collect once at the end of the season, others open several rounds over the year – after the tournament, the concert or the Christmas party. You open and close each round individually.
Yes. Teenagers can answer themselves; for younger children, parents write down what their child wants to say. You can check every post in the preview before printing.
Yes. With a separate link, other people from the committee or section leads can follow all question rounds and the progress and pass the links on – without seeing the answers.
With great care. The forms ask for consent before uploaded photos appear in the book. Only the person who set up the yearbook sees the posts, and we delete individual posts on request – just email [email protected]. As long as the book hasn't been printed, the post also disappears from the yearbook.
Yes. All data is stored in the EU in line with the GDPR, with no ads and no tracking. You'll find the details in our privacy policy. As with any photo project, we recommend a quick check with your committee.
Yes, any time. The preview shows how the book looks right now, and you can download it as a free preview PDF – with reduced image quality and a small "Made with ambrosius.ai" logo. Our example shows what a finished yearbook looks like (https://app.ambrosius.ai/s/a02158ea-e1f2-4322-a64e-0622e9cbd56b).
Creating, collecting and the preview PDF are free. For the printed book, tell us your budget – per book or per member – and we'll find a print that fits. The price also depends on how many pages you've collected together. We agree it with you beforehand, and you only order once you're happy. The high-resolution PDF without the logo is always included with the printed book.
Yes. We agree a budget per member or per team together and design the book around it.
You pay by invoice, payable within 14 days – addressed to the club, a section or the supporters' association. No VAT is charged (small business exemption, § 19 UStG).
At least 7 days before you want to hand it over – say, before the Christmas party, the end-of-season do or the AGM. We currently deliver within Germany.
The yearbook is new, and we're personally supporting the first clubs. You get direct contact with us, and your wishes shape what we build next.
You share the link. Every team tells its season. The book designs itself.
