How is it different from a gift book?

A gift book is for one person and has one form. A yearbook is for a whole organisation. It can have several forms, for example one per group or one per season. All answers end up in one book.

How do I create a yearbook?

1. Choose Yearbook as the occasion.
2. Enter the name of the organisation, for example "Kita Sonnenschein".
3. Under Who should contribute, and about whom?, describe your groups and who writes about whom. For example: "2 groups (Bears, Foxes), 6 educators, parents write for their child's group."
4. Click Create first form.

How do I get more forms?

Each group or round gets its own form. Share each link only with its group. That keeps the questions short and relevant. No question gets asked twice.

Can children take part?

Yes, through their parents. Parents fill in the form, ideally together with their child. Photos are optional. Before the book goes to print, you see every contribution in the PDF.

What does a yearbook cost?

Collecting and the preview PDF are free. The print price depends on the number of pages. The app shows you the price live before you order.
